Allan S. Glass

Mr. Glass founded ASG Real Estate Inc. to focus on urban redevelopment and investment property in Los Angeles County. His experience as a broker and investor includes both commercial and residential investment property types.

Prior to founding ASG Real Estate, Mr. Glass co-found a commercial brokerage and management firm in downtown Los Angeles providing real estate services to institutions and investment funds during the 1990's. Before that Allan directed the Los Angeles industrial market research effort at Cushman & Wakefield, both tracking and reporting on market trends for the company. His accomplishments also include entrepreneurial ventures such as developing and managing an arts-related restaurant in Scottsdale, Arizona, and redeveloping numerous multifamily assets in Southern California.

Mr. Glass holds a B.S. in Real Estate Finance from USC and a Master of Science in Real Estate Development from Columbia University. In New York Allan worked with international specialists focusing on urban redevelopment efforts and asset repositioning strategies for commercial and multifamily properties. A member of the Inner City and Urban Policy committee at the Urban Land Institute, Allan is also a member of the National and California Association of Realtors.

Wolfgang V. Kupka

The ASG Real Estate Team also includes a JV partnership with Wolfgang V. Kupka, President and founder of Vista Realty Advisors. In the past 30 years, Mr. Kupka has sold over 16.1 million square feet of investment properties, 3,700 multi-residential units and 3.9 million square feet of land for development, and has leased over 490,000 square feet of real estate.

Prior to his position with Vista Realty Advisors Mr. Kupka spent twenty years as a financial services investment real estate broker. Mr. Kupka was one of the top producing financial servicing brokers for Cushman & Wakefield in Southern California and one of their top performers for more than 17 years as well as being named one of their Top 100 brokers in the country.

Recognizing the scarcity and need for safe and decent affordable housing in the Los Angeles County area, Mr. Kupka formed Vista Affordable Housing Corporation in 2000, a real estate investment company specializing in acquisition, redevelopment and rehabilitation of existing real estate for the purpose of providing service-enriched, quality affordable housing opportunities to low and moderate-income families and individuals.

Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, Mr. Kupka managed his own real estate company for five years in San Diego. Mr. Kupka is a proud Shriner and a board member of the Los Angeles Philanthropic Foundation.
