Successful redevelopment projects aim to produce sites of increased value. Often there is a singular goal to provide a higher-quality built environment and experience, serve a social need, or, perhaps, act as an economic driver. In some cases a project is able to accomplish a sort of redevelopment “Triple Crown” whereby all of these goals are achieved.
