Allan S. Glass has spent more than 30 years finding where the market has not yet built what it needs and building it. That pursuit led to the co-founding of HATCHspaces, the LA region's first purpose-built life science graduation lab platform, a $167M portfolio of 10 specialized assets and a successful institutional exit. Through a subsequent leadership role at NexCore Group, a $5.7B national development platform, that work expanded across the top 20 U.S. innovation hubs.

Today, ASG pursues development partnerships, investment opportunities, and strategic advisory work centered around adaptive environments, complex assets, and emerging real estate platforms.
